Við augnskoðun Shih Tzu deildar 12-14 nóvember s.l. mættu alls 30 Shih Tzu sem er telst mjög góð mæting.   Staðfest var PRA í 2 dýr sem áður höfðu greinst, því til viðbótar voru 2 aðrir greindir svo og 2 hundar  með Vitreous degeneration,  sjúkdómur sem er oft samfara PRA.  Nánar má lesa um þennan sjúkdóm hér:

DNA test var tekið af alls 14 hundum.

In the eyetesting which the Shih Tzu club held on the 12-14th November a total og 30 Shih Tzu were tested.  PRA was confirmed in the 2 animals who had been diagnosed earlier this year, in addition two others were found to be affected and another 2 animals were found to have vitreous degeneration which is often a side disease to PRA.  More about this disease can be found at the following link:
